Bu standartlar Y\u00f6nerge ile belirlenir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Teknolojik kaynak i\u00e7in gerekli d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131l\u0131r ve elektrik tesisat\u0131 kurulur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Atama veya G\u00f6revlendirme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 7-<\/strong>Kitap say\u0131s\u0131 3000&#8217;i a\u015fan okul k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerine bir k\u00fct\u00fcphaneci atan\u0131r. K\u00fct\u00fcphanecinin atanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda Y\u00f6netimce k\u00fct\u00fcphanecilik kursu alm\u0131\u015f her \u00f6\u011fretmen yoksa \u00f6\u011fretmenler kurulunca belirlenecek bir \u00f6\u011fretmen g\u00f6revlendirilir. \u00d6\u011fretmene yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak \u00fczere okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce bir memur g\u00f6revlendirilir. \u00d6\u011fretmen ve memurun, Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a d\u00fczenlenecek programa g\u00f6re k\u00fct\u00fcphanecilik ile ilgili hizmeti\u00e7i e\u011fitim kursuna kat\u0131lmalar\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">K\u00fct\u00fcphaneciye ve k\u00fct\u00fcphanede g\u00f6revlendirilen memura ba\u015fka g\u00f6rev verilmez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>K\u00fct\u00fcphanecinin G\u00f6revleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 8-<\/strong>K\u00fct\u00fcphaneci veya k\u00fct\u00fcphanede g\u00f6revlendirilen \u00f6\u011fretmen, modern k\u00fct\u00fcphanecilik ilkelerine g\u00f6re okul k\u00fct\u00fcphanesini d\u00fczenler ve y\u00f6netir. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bas\u0131l\u0131 ve teknolojik kaynaklardan yararlanma konusunda \u00f6\u011frencileri, \u00f6\u011fretmenleri ve di\u011fer personeli bilgilendirme, \u00f6\u011frenme ve \u00f6\u011fretme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur, di\u011fer t\u00fcr k\u00fct\u00fcphanelere tan\u0131t\u0131m gezileri d\u00fczenler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Teknik Hizmetler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 9-<\/strong>Teknik hizmetler, k\u00fct\u00fcphane kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">a) Se\u00e7imi ve sa\u011flanmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">b) D\u00fczenleme, kataloglama ve s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">c) Bak\u0131m, onar\u0131m ve g\u00fcncelli\u011fini yitiren eserlerin ay\u0131klanmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">etkinliklerinden olu\u015fur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Kaynaklar, Se\u00e7imi ve Sa\u011flanmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 10-(De\u011fi\u015fik: 27.7.2006\/26241 RG )<\/strong><strong>Okul k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerinde bulundurulacak kaynaklar; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>a) Bas\u0131l\u0131 kaynaklar: Her t\u00fcr e\u011fitici ve \u00f6\u011fretici kitap, dergi, bro\u015f\u00fcr, poster, kup\u00fcr ve resimlerden, <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>b) Teknolojik kaynaklar: Teknolojik geli\u015fmeler g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak, her t\u00fcr e\u011fitici ve \u00f6\u011fretici bili\u015fim teknolojisine y\u00f6nelik CD-ROM, DVD ile film, video kaset, plak, ses kasedi ve elektronik ortam i\u00e7erisindeki ara\u00e7 ve gere\u00e7ten <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>olu\u015fur. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>K\u00fct\u00fcphane kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n tespiti ve se\u00e7imini yapacak komisyon; okul m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ilgili z\u00fcmre ba\u015fkanlar\u0131, k\u00fct\u00fcphanecilik kul\u00fcb\u00fc dan\u0131\u015fman \u00f6\u011fretmeni, k\u00fct\u00fcphanecilik kul\u00fcb\u00fc temsilcisi, okul-aile birli\u011finden bir \u00fcye, okul \u00f6\u011frenci meclisi ba\u015fkan\u0131, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneci veya k\u00fct\u00fcphane memurundan olu\u015fturulur. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Kaynaklar, Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a uygun bulunarak Tebli\u011fler Dergisinde yay\u0131mlanan ders kitaplar\u0131 ile 29\/5\/1995 tarihli ve 22297 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete&#8217;de yay\u0131mlanan Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ders Kitaplar\u0131 ve E\u011fitim Ara\u00e7lar\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011finin ders kitaplar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki kitaplar ile e\u011fitim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n incelenmesi, se\u00e7imi ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile ilgili h\u00fck\u00fcmleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak se\u00e7ilir. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Kitap se\u00e7iminde, \u00f6\u011fretmen, \u00f6\u011frenci ve velilerden gelen istekler de dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Ayr\u0131ca, bilimsel nitelikte yay\u0131n yapan resm\u00ee kurulu\u015flar\u0131n yay\u0131m\u0131 olan eserler, herhangi bir se\u00e7ime tabi tutulmadan k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerde bulundurulur. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>K\u00fct\u00fcphane kaynaklar\u0131; Ba\u015fkanl\u0131ktan g\u00f6nderilenler ile sat\u0131n alma, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f ve imk\u00e2nlara g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fim yoluyla sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Kataloglama ve S\u0131n\u0131flama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 11-<\/strong>K\u00fct\u00fcphaneye sa\u011flanan kaynaklar\u0131n gerekli kay\u0131tlar\u0131 tutulur ve kaynaklardaki bilgilere sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 eri\u015fim i\u00e7in bibliyografik kimlikleri haz\u0131rlan\u0131r. Bu i\u015flemler i\u00e7in AAKKII (Anglo-Amerikan Kataloglama Kurallar\u0131 II) kullan\u0131l\u0131r. S\u0131n\u0131flamada Dewey Onlu S\u0131n\u0131flama Sistemi kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Kataloglar ; yazar ad\u0131, kaynak ad\u0131 ve konular\u0131na g\u00f6re alfabetik olarak d\u00fczenlenir. Yap\u0131lan i\u015flemler bilgisayar ortam\u0131na aktar\u0131l\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu i\u015flemler, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneci taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Bak\u0131m, Onar\u0131m, Ay\u0131klama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 12- (De\u011fi\u015fik birinci f\u0131kra: 27.7.2006\/26241 RG )<\/strong><strong>Her ders y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda k\u00fct\u00fcphane kaynaklar\u0131, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneci veya g\u00f6revlendirilen \u00f6\u011fretmen taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilir ve tespit edilen hususlar raporla okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne bildirilir. Onar\u0131m\u0131 gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fclen kaynaklar\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bak\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Okul m\u00fcd\u00fcr ba\u015fyard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 veya okul m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcnce g\u00f6revlendirilecek bir m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda k\u00fct\u00fcphanecilik kul\u00fcb\u00fcnde g\u00f6revli \u00f6\u011fretmen, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneci veya k\u00fct\u00fcphane memurundan olu\u015fturulacak bir komisyon taraf\u0131ndan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen nedenlerle ay\u0131klanmas\u0131na karar verilen kaynaklar, bir tutanakla tespit edilerek Ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r Mal Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi(1) h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re kay\u0131tlardan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ancak, kurumun d\u00fczeyine uygun olmayan eserler, uygun olan kurumlara verilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ay\u0131klama kapsam\u0131na;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">a) A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 kullan\u0131mdan dolay\u0131 y\u0131pranan,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">b) Bilimsel de\u011feri kalmayan,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">c) Kurumun d\u00fczeyine uygun olmayan,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">d) Uygunluk kararlar\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lan,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">eserler al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Kullan\u0131c\u0131 Hizmetleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 13-<\/strong>Kullan\u0131c\u0131 hizmetleri, k\u00fct\u00fcphane dermesinden \u00f6\u011frenci, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve di\u011fer personelin etkili bi\u00e7imde yararlanmas\u0131yla ilgili i\u015flemlerden olu\u015fur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Dan\u0131\u015fma Hizmetleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 14<\/strong>-\u00d6\u011fretmen ve \u00f6\u011frencilerin dersleri ile \u00e7e\u015fitli konulardaki bilgi gereksinimlerini en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede kar\u015f\u0131lamalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak \u00fczere k\u00fct\u00fcphanede dan\u0131\u015fma hizmeti verilir. Bu hizmet, bas\u0131l\u0131 kaynaklarla oldu\u011fu gibi olanaklar \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde elektronik ortamlarla da kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Bu ama\u00e7la a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki i\u015flemler yap\u0131l\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">a) Dan\u0131\u015fma dermesi olu\u015fturulur. Burada ders kitaplar\u0131, ansiklopediler, s\u00f6zl\u00fckler, atlaslar, y\u0131ll\u0131klar, rehberler, bibliyografyalar, kataloglar, listeler ve benzerleri bulundurulur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">b) Bas\u0131l\u0131 olmayan kaynaklardan, CD-ROMlar, kasetler videolar ve benzerleri olabildi\u011fince sa\u011flanarak hizmete sunulur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">c) Derme, k\u00fct\u00fcphanede ula\u015f\u0131labilecek bir alanda hizmete sunulur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">d) Bu hizmetlerden yararlanacaklara s\u00fcrekli yard\u0131mc\u0131 olunur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>K\u00fct\u00fcphaneden Yararlanma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 15-(De\u011fi\u015fik birinci paragraf: 27.7.2006\/26241 RG )<\/strong><strong>K\u00fct\u00fcphaneci veya k\u00fct\u00fcphane \u00f6\u011fretmeni, k\u00fct\u00fcphanecilik kul\u00fcb\u00fc, yay\u0131n ve ileti\u015fim kul\u00fcb\u00fc, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve edebiyat kul\u00fcb\u00fc rehber \u00f6\u011fretmenleriyle de i\u015f birli\u011fi yaparak:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">a) Her \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frencilere, gruplar h\u00e2linde k\u00fct\u00fcphanenin dan\u0131\u015fma kaynaklar\u0131 ile varsa elektronik kaynaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">b) K\u00fct\u00fcphanede bulunmayan ancak, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve \u00f6\u011frencilerce gereksinim duyulan kaynaklar\u0131 ba\u015fka k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerden k\u00fct\u00fcphaneler aras\u0131 \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verme yoluyla sa\u011flar. (EK-1\u2019deki \u00d6rnek-6)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">c) Her y\u0131l mart ay\u0131n\u0131n son haftas\u0131nda yap\u0131lan &#8220;k\u00fct\u00fcphane haftas\u0131&#8221; ve \u00e7ocuk kitaplar\u0131 ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapar ve programlar d\u00fczenler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1) Kitap tan\u0131tma ve tart\u0131\u015fma etkinliklerinin d\u00fczenlenmesi,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2) S\u0131n\u0131f ve duvar gazeteleri ile okul gazete ve dergilerinde yeni yay\u0131n ve kitaplar\u0131n tan\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131na yer verilmesi,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3) \u00d6\u011frencilerin her ay en az bir kitap okumalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zendirilmesi,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4) S\u0131n\u0131f ve okullar aras\u0131 yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesi, dereceye girenlerin kitapla \u00f6d\u00fcllendirilmesi, programlarda belirlenen yazar ve \u015fairlerin eserlerinin okutulmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">5) Okul ve s\u0131n\u0131f kitapl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n zenginle\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">6) Rehberlik ve denetimlerde kitap okuma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmesi,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">7) \u00d6\u011frencilerin okuma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazanm\u0131\u015f, bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilen bireyler olarak yeti\u015ftirilebilmeleri i\u00e7in gerekli etkinliklerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 Verme Hizmeti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 16-<\/strong>Okul k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerinden; \u00f6\u011frenci, \u00f6\u011fretmen di\u011fer personel ile \u00e7evre halk\u0131n\u0131n gere\u011fi gibi yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve \u00f6\u011frencilerin serbest zamanlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesine olanak haz\u0131rlamak amac\u0131yla k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerde &#8220;\u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 Verme Hizmeti&#8221; yap\u0131l\u0131r. Haftan\u0131n belli g\u00fcn ve saatlerinde \u00f6\u011frenci, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve di\u011fer personel ile \u00e7evre halk\u0131na k\u00fct\u00fcphanenin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda okumak \u00fczere \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 kitap verilir. \u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verme g\u00fcn ve saatleri, k\u00fct\u00fcphaneci veya k\u00fct\u00fcphane \u00f6\u011fretmeninin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc al\u0131narak, okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce tespit ve il\u00e2n edilir. Yat\u0131l\u0131 ve pansiyonlu okullarda ders saati bitimi ve hafta sonu tatil g\u00fcnlerinde okul y\u00f6netiminin haz\u0131rlayaca\u011f\u0131 pl\u00e2nlamaya g\u00f6re k\u00fct\u00fcphanenin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f ve kapan\u0131\u015f saatleri ayr\u0131ca belirlenir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ancak;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">a) Dan\u0131\u015fma kaynaklar\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">b) Piyasada mevcudu bulunmayan kitaplar,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">c) S\u00fcreli yay\u0131nlar\u0131n son say\u0131lar\u0131,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verilmez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 Verme Servisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 17<\/strong>-\u00d6\u011frenci, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve di\u011fer personel \u00fcye olmak ko\u015fuluyla \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verme servisinden yararlan\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verme servisine \u00fcye olmak isteyen \u00f6\u011fretmen, \u00f6\u011frenci ve di\u011fer personel \u00f6rne\u011fine uygun \u00fcye kart\u0131n\u0131 doldurup imzalad\u0131ktan sonra k\u00fct\u00fcphaneciye verir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 kitap almak isteyenler i\u00e7in EK-2\u2019deki (2) numaral\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fe uygun bir \u00dcye Kay\u0131t Defteri tutulur. Bu defterin her sayfas\u0131 okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce m\u00fch\u00fcrlenir ve onan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 Alma S\u00fcresi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 18-<\/strong>Bir kitab\u0131n \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 alma s\u00fcresi yedi g\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu s\u00fcreyi \u00f6z\u00fcrs\u00fcz olarak ge\u00e7iren \u00f6\u011frenciler ilgililerce s\u00f6zl\u00fc olarak uyar\u0131l\u0131r ve rehberlik yap\u0131l\u0131r. Her \u00f6\u011frenciye bir defas\u0131nda en fazla iki, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve personele ise en fazla \u00fc\u00e7 kitap \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verilebilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>K\u00fct\u00fcphane Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n Hasara U\u011frat\u0131lmas\u0131 veya Kaybedilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 19-<\/strong>Hasara u\u011frat\u0131lan veya kaybedilen kayna\u011f\u0131n, o g\u00fcnk\u00fc piyasa bedeli, hasara u\u011fratan veya kaybeden ki\u015fiden al\u0131n\u0131r. Kaynak bedeli ile mevcudu varsa ayn\u0131s\u0131, yoksa kaybedilenin kayd\u0131 silinerek ba\u015fkas\u0131 sat\u0131n al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Kullan\u0131c\u0131 \u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 Kitap Alma Kart\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 20-<\/strong>\u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 kitap almak isteyen \u00fcye \u00f6\u011fretmen, \u00f6\u011frenci ve di\u011fer personele k\u00fct\u00fcphane y\u00f6neticisi taraf\u0131ndan EK-2\u2019deki (3) numaral\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fine uygun bir kullan\u0131c\u0131 kart\u0131 d\u00fczenlenerek verilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Kitap veya Kaynaklara Numara Fi\u015finin Verilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 21-<\/strong>\u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verilecek kitaplar\u0131n arka d\u0131\u015f kapaklar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7 taraf\u0131ndaki alt sol k\u00f6\u015fesinde EK-2\u2019deki (4) numaral\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fine g\u00f6re i\u00e7ine kitap numaras\u0131 fi\u015finin konulabilece\u011fi bir kitap cebi bulundurulur. Kitap, k\u00fct\u00fcphanede bulundu\u011fu s\u00fcrece kitap veya kaynak fi\u015fi cebin i\u00e7inde b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Kitap Kontrol Fi\u015fi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Madde 22-<\/strong>\u00d6d\u00fcn\u00e7 verilecek kitaplar i\u00e7in EK-2\u2019deki (5) numaral\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fine g\u00f6re bir kitap kontrol fi\u015fi kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu fi\u015f, kitab\u0131n arka d\u0131\u015f kapakta bulunan EK-2\u2019deki (4) numaral\u0131 \u00f6rnekteki \u015fekilde konulur.
